Design Credit Policy

Design credit packs

Design credit packs are a one-time payment. No subscription is needed.

Introductory offer

The introductory design credit purchase is a one-time offer per account, across all eligible payment methods. Its price and design credit amount are shown before purchase. Earlier introductory purchases count towards this limit. A refund does not renew eligibility.

Design credit expiry

Purchased design credits never expire and remain usable after membership ends.

Refunds

Refunds remove only unspent design credits from that purchase.
